User Agreement
This agreement explains your rights and responsibilities when you use Flur's apps and services.
Introduction & Acceptance
This User Agreement is a contract between you and Flur Technologies Nigeria Limited ("Flur", "we", or "us"). By signing up to use an account through flur.com or our mobile application, or by accessing any of our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
This Agreement also includes our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these documents, you should not use the Flur platform.
Eligibility & Your Account
To use Flur, you must meet certain criteria established by Nigerian financial regulations. We take the security of our community seriously which means verifying the identity of every person who joins.
Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to open a Flur account.
KYC Requirements
You must provide valid and current details for our verification.
Accurate Info
All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
Account Limits
Individuals are limited to one personal account on the platform.
Using Flur
Personal Use
Your account is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You cannot open a personal account for a specific Business Account. You may not sell or act as an agent for others.
Family & Group Features
When using shared wallets or family features, you are responsible for the actions of members available. Ensure you trust those you collaborate with.
Security & Protection
You must safeguard your PIN, passwords, and device. Your privacy is paramount, and your vigilance is the first line of defense.
Acceptable Use
Flur is built on trust. We strictly prohibit any activity that undermines the safety of our community or violates our policies. Engaging in these activities will result in immediate suspension.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Fees & Charges
We believe in transparency. Some services on Flur carry transaction fees. By using these services, you agree to pay the applicable fees, which are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
Liability & Disclaimers
Our Responsibilities
- Providing the services with reasonable care and skill.
- Safeguarding your funds in accordance with CBN regulations.
- Maintaining reasonably security measures for data protection.
Limitations
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime due to maintenance or third-party failures.
- We are not liable for losses caused by your compromise of login details.
- Services are provided "as-is" without implied warranties.
Suspension & Termination
WE MAY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT IF:
- You breach this User Agreement.
- We are required to do so by law or regulation.
- Your account is involved in fraudulent activity.
YOUR RIGHTS:
- You may close your account at any time via the app.
- Upon closure, any remaining unrestricted funds will be returned to your linked bank account.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
Changes to Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of Flur after such changes constitutes acceptance.
